Which AI models are included in the licence?
All the major models: those behind ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Mistral. For sensitive data, you can enforce Mistral, hosted in France.
What does "5 times more usage" mean?
The Standard licence covers an employee's everyday use. Business Max handles 5 times more questions and documents each month, for people who use AI all day.
What is a run?
One task done once by an automation: one reminder sent, one invoice checked, one report produced. 2,500 runs is, for example, about a hundred tasks per working day.
Do processes require a MekorAI licence?
No. Processes work with your Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude licence. A MekorAI licence is only useful if you have no assistant, or yours doesn't fit.
Where should we start?
With the free discovery call. In 30 minutes, we identify with you the processes that will pay off fastest, then propose the audit or a first process directly.
How is a process priced?
By complexity: the number of tools to connect, the approvals and the volume handled. You get a precise quote before we start.
How do the tiers work?
Each seat is billed at its tier price: the first 50 at €23.20, the next at €19.20, on annual billing.
Can I use my own OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral account?
Yes. You then pay the AI directly to those providers, and the licence drops to €17.60 per user per month for the first 50, on annual billing.
What happens beyond the quota?
Requests switch to a lighter model. Business Max gives 5× the usage.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No, there is no minimum.
Can I buy through a partner?
Yes. Our partners support your rollout; the licence is bought directly from MekorAI, at the same price.
